THE FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY OF THE COVER PROVIDED UNDER OUR PRIMARY
DRIVING SCHOOL SCHEME PROVIDED BY NIG/MSL

COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER subject to a £100 excess FOR ALL DRIVERS. A £100 excess applies to fire, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage and vandalism claims Included
   
VOLUNTARY EXCESSES (£50 usually quoted) provided to help reduce annual premiums  Available
   
Unlimited use of a dual controlled replacement car - delivered to the instructor either on the same day or within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) following a non-fault accident Included
   
Up to 21 days use of a dual controlled replacement car - delivered to the instructor either on the same day or within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) following a fault accident, fire, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or vandalism loss Included
   
GUARANTEED BONUS - particularly important for driving instructors and trainees…....Available to driving instructors and trainees aged 25+ with 4 or more years no claims bonus where    by paying an additional premium, your hard-earned no claims bonus WILL NEVER BE LOST Available
   
MSL Total Claims Management - fully manages your claim and REMOVES YOUR EXCESS if you have a non-fault accident and one of MSL’s approved repairers carries out the work Included
   
MSL legal expenses - £100,000 cover to pursue a claim against a third party for uninsured losses sustained following a non-fault accident - such
as your policy excess, loss of earnings, injuries, damaged clothing, sundry expenses etc - please see attached		 Included
   
Any driver aged 17+ with an appropriate driving licence undergoing driving instruction Included

Driving instructor liability - protects you against injury claims made by pupils undergoing driving instruction who consider that there is negligence on the part of an instructor following an accident Included
